On-Line Application Form – Guidance and Notes

On-Line applications are transferred electronically from the website to our in house computer system for further processing. For the time being this means that we cannot handle attachments, photographs or any information submitted that is not held in the on-line form.

If you are completing the form as a follow up to a postal application (which we will ask you to do if your appeal is shortlisted for a large grant) please ensure that your on-line application does justice to your original appeal which will not form part of the Trust meeting papers.

Please make sure that you select an appropriate grant programme and programme sector. If you project does not clearly match one of our categories your application is unlikely to succeed.

Please do not use block capitals when filling in the form. The appropriate use of upper and lower case will make your application easier on the eye and much more readable.

The website has been tested on current versions of Explorer, Firefox, Crome and Safari. The application form is not usable on a smartphone but should work satisfactorily on an iPad and upwards.

To save your form in order to resume at a later date you will need to register in order to create a user name and password. When you come to resume you will then need to log in so please make a note of the name and password used.
